As an organisation we have implemented the following policy and best practice protocols to secure the health and safety of not only our team members. But also you, our valued customers.
Helping with prevention
First and foremost we have advised all of our team members that if they feel unwell or are indicating any symptoms that they DO NOT visit any offices or properties and should contact their health provider immediately for further advice and testing.
In the office and out in the field
With such a rapid evolving situation. We acknowledge that there will be concerns from vendors and potential buyers in the marketplace. We are ready to work with you to understand all of those concerns and execute your desired approach. For example, this could include meeting virtually using video conferencing or having our team members wear lace masks while visiting a property.
Protocols for property visits
All team members have been briefed to adhere to the following protocols when visiting a property:
•Avoid shaking hands / touching faces / high-risk surfaces
•Wash / sanitize hands completely before entering and exiting the property
•Where possible, open all doors and windows at the property to ensure maximum airflow
•Follow good hygiene etiquette around coughing and sneezing (into tissues/elbow)
•Clean and maintain our equipment regularly with appropriate products
